BSM Building Report


We want all of our buildings to be clean and appealing both inside and out. When students and administration see your building they immediately form opinions about the importance of your ministry based upon the condition of your building. This includes everything from signage, lighting, cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable heating and cooling, yard care, and more. Our buildings must take on a welcoming presence when students enter. Hospitality is enhanced when a building is well maintained.

We have changed the due date to December 15, 2020.

How do I submit my BSM Building Report?

When is the Building Report due?
It should be submitted online by July 15. If you are the Director at a BSM with a building, you will receive an email with that year's link.

Who is required to submit a Building Report?
All BSM Directors with a BGCT-owned building should complete a Building Report.

Why do I have to submit a Building Report?
Each summer we ask that you report on the condition of BGCT-owned buildings. This report helps us know the needs that your particular building has and whether or not repairs are needed.
